Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in real estate, specifically industrial and logistics sectors.
Experienced in industrial and logistics real estate business development and transaction management in Eastern India.
Has a track record of managing full transaction cycles from market mapping to deal closure and client servicing.
Able to build and maintain relationships with 3PL operators, industrial occupiers, landowners, developers, and investors.
