About This Role
- Identify and pursue industrial land acquisition, warehousing, and leasing opportunities across Eastern India to grow the client base in 3PL, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
- Lead end-to-end transaction management including site identification, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights and maintain a robust pipeline of leasing and land acquisition deals while managing key client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of related real estate experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in real estate, specifically industrial and logistics sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in industrial and logistics real estate business development and transaction management in Eastern India.
- Has a track record of managing full transaction cycles from market mapping to deal closure and client servicing.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with 3PL operators, industrial occupiers, landowners, developers, and investors.
