About This Role
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Informatica, ensuring data quality and performance tuning.
- Build, optimize, and tune SQL queries and data models in Greenplum or similar MPP databases; support production systems including batch/job monitoring and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and enhancement of data pipelines on cloud platforms such as Redshift and Snowflake.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development, database engineering, or data integration roles.
- Strong experience with Greenplum or other Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) database systems.
- Exposure to cloud data warehousing platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.
- Experience in production support including job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M, Airflow) and incident management workflows in data-intensive or financial services environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale data environments, specifically financial services or similarly data-intensive sectors.
- Proficient in working with both traditional MPP relational databases and cloud-based data platforms, indicating adaptability to hybrid data ecosystems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and identifying long-term solutions for recurring production issues, demonstrating operational ownership of data pipeline reliability.
