Strong knowledge of RBI, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, NPCI guidelines, Fair Practices Code, IRAC/NPA norms and card dispute/chargeback rules.
Mandatory skills: Core Banking systems experience and Business Analysis with hands-on BRD/FRD documentation and BPMN mapping.
Experienced in retail banking domains with end-to-end process ownership covering deposits, lending, and payments in regulated environments.
Proficient in stakeholder management and translating business needs into functional requirements with exposure to core banking platforms like Finacle or Flexcube.
Capable of driving process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and managing UAT and compliance audits effectively.
