About This Role
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires including document verification, IT asset allocation, and induction coordination.
- Oversee contractor labor management systems ensuring time attendance tracking, legal compliance, and coordination of off-roll workforce.
- Administer performance management and training processes while ensuring labor law compliance and coordinating health, safety, and employee engagement activities on site.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-10 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role within manufacturing, plant, or similar environment.
- Experience with contractor labor management and labor law compliance required.
- Work Experience Required: 3-10 years including at least 2 years management in relevant industry.

- Experienced HR manager skilled in site-level operations within manufacturing or plant settings, comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in contractor labor systems and labor law documentation with operational coordination capabilities.
