About This Role
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process including document verification, IT asset allocation, and coordination with security and admin teams.
- Oversee contractor labor management including unique ID creation, attendance tracking, off-roll workforce management, and labor law compliance.
- Administer performance management, compliance with labor laws, health and safety communication, stakeholder engagement, and organize employee engagement events at the site.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or MBA in HR is advantageous.
- 3-10 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role within manufacturing, plant, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.

- Experienced in managing specialized HR functions within manufacturing or plant environments, including contractor and off-roll workforce management.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders including labor offices and vendors to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Able to handle performance management, compliance, health and safety, and employee engagement through structured processes and communication strategies.
