About This Role
- Manage operations and maintenance activities including customer care escalation, asset utilization, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure SLA compliance with OEMs, oversee maintenance protocols, site hygiene, and timely processing of payments to Discom and vendors.
- Support digital platform management including device oversight, performance analytics, and promotional schemes; contribute to planning, budgeting, and call center support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, procurement, and commercial management with leadership exposure.
- Experience preferred in Charge Point Operator (CPO) industry, Utilities, Petroleum, Technology, or related sectors focused on procurement and commercial strategy.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years

- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and utilities (Discoms).
- Proficient in operations management combining technical asset maintenance and customer service with digital platform support.
- Skilled in strategic planning and budgeting with hands-on experience in procurement and commercial strategy in relevant industries.
