About This Role
- Support end-to-end procurement transformation and sourcing engagements across multiple industries, focusing on strategic sourcing, category management, and cost optimization.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct spend analytics, facilitate workshops, and develop client-ready deliverables including process designs and executive presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional and global teams to drive procurement technology implementations (S2P, P2P, CLM) and support procurement digital transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Procurement Consulting, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Consulting, or Procurement Transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA / BMS) is mandatory; postgraduate degrees (M.Com / MBA) also accepted.
- Experience with procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant procurement roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing stakeholder communication and coordinating multicultural, global teams within procurement and supply chain domains.
- Skilled in procurement process analysis and redesign, especially in Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management and Category Management processes.
- Familiarity with digital procurement technologies and ability to drive procurement transformation projects end-to-end.
