About This Role
- Lead end-to-end coordination and governance for a critical Data Centre Migration project for Trade and Post Trade teams in Financial Markets.
- Manage a large team (30+ developers and automation engineers), including mentoring Python developers, performing code reviews, and preparing delivery plans with stakeholder liaison.
- Own RAID management, prepare business documentation (Gap Analysis, BRD, Project Approval Requests), participate in testing cycles, and identify system/process improvements leveraging Gen AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Project or Delivery Manager.
- Experience in Financial Markets Asset Classes (Options, Fixed Income, Equities) and Trade Life Cycle (Front to Back).
- Experience with Java technology, including migration from monolithic to microservices architecture.
- Experience managing large technical teams (30+ developers, BAs, automation engineers) and working closely with technology teams including technical and architectural discussions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large cross-discipline teams with strong stakeholder management skills in complex project environments.
- Comfortable engaging deeply with both business and technical aspects, including code review and technical mentoring of developers.
- Applied knowledge of Financial Markets and Trade Life Cycle with a track record of delivering migration projects involving modernizing legacy systems.
