About This Role
- Own development and maintenance of a centralized, persona-driven engagement model linking teams, technology, and process changes across sub-LOBs.
- Manage end-to-end intake, prioritization, and execution of thematic efficiency and AI transformation use cases using standardized Agile governance and JIRA tools.
- Lead Lean (DMAIC) deep-dive initiatives to deliver measurable, systemic efficiency improvements with documented stakeholder alignment and adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation, program/project management, or operational strategy (financial services experience beneficial).
- Hands-on experience with Python, Pyspark, and Alteryx for solution development.
- Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies, including use of JIRA for tracking, reporting, and governance.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years as explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional workstreams with senior leadership (N-1) alignment and decision-making.
- Skilled in building and sustaining standardized operating models and reusable transformation repositories with documented stakeholder buy-in.
- Familiarity or certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) with demonstrated successful DMAIC project delivery.
