Engineering Team Lead

Lead and manage a global scrum team to deliver software projects on time, ensuring high-quality application development and adherence to architectural standards.

Oversee software development lifecycle activities including design reviews, code contributions, mentoring engineers, and implementing AI-driven engineering practices for productivity and risk assessment.

Contribute technically to the team’s growth, source-code management, and continuous improvement in Agile environments using industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

8+ years professional software development experience; at least 4 years with .NET Framework/.NET ecosystem applications.

2-4 years experience managing scrum teams and 2-4 years developing with Power Platform / Dynamics 365 / Dataverse.

Strong skills in OOP, .NET Framework, ASP.NET web forms, RESTful and SOAP APIs, Azure Service Bus, Azure Function, Kafka, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Agile with Jira, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket, CI/CD practices, and authentication protocols (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML).

Experienced engineering lead comfortable balancing technical decision-making with business priorities in a globally distributed Agile environment.

Proficient in fostering Agile ceremonies and managing team capacity aligned with product roadmaps, while mentoring engineers and resolving complex software development challenges.

Skillful in adopting AI tools to enhance engineering delivery planning, risk management, and team productivity.
