Own end-to-end Product Data Management processes including creation, maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement of product data and engineering systems.
Lead process automation and improvement initiatives using tools such as Winshuttle, Excel VBA, SAP, and Windchill to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.
Extract, analyze, and present large volumes of data from SAP and Windchill to support audits, business decisions, and operational support while managing documentation and mentoring team members.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of relevant experience in Product Data Management, SAP, PLM/PDM systems, data analytics, or process automation.
Proficiency with SAP Material Management (SAP MM), Windchill, Winshuttle, Excel VBA/macros, and BOM and Engineering Change Management processes.
Location requirement: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Work Experience Required: 4 to 7 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling large datasets and developing automation tools to improve PDM workflows and data quality.
Capable of balancing strategic projects and day-to-day operational responsibilities with strong stakeholder communication skills.
Strong technical expertise in SAP, Windchill, Excel VBA, and process improvement methodologies within engineering or product lifecycle environments.
