About This Role
- Implement and support infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Drive AI adoption and digital transformation projects across business units, monitoring project health via dashboards.
- Collaborate on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) initiatives involving AI/ML technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data center technologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field (Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's).
- Certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or AI/ML are expected.
- Experience or familiarity with ITSM, monitoring, observability tools, Python, Ansible, automation platforms (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath), and Active Directory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end automation and AI-driven IT infrastructure projects in a data center environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple business units and coordinating with vendors and senior stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in ITOM, AIOps, and data-driven operational improvements using AI/ML tools and analytics platforms.
