About This Role
- Develop, design, and troubleshoot software components for secure, stable, and scalable enterprise applications using Java.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with validated outputs.
- Contribute across the full software development life cycle with awareness of upstream/downstream system impact and agile methodologies like CI/CD.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on practical experience in Java, including developing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise-grade code.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
- Experience across full Software Development Life Cycle and exposure to agile methodologies; Work Experience Required: 2+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Developer with at least 2 years working in large corporate environments on Java enterprise applications, preferably Java 17+.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and responsible AI workflow considerations in software engineering.
- Experience in Agile SDLC with CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and optionally microservices deployment in AWS with Terraform.
