About This Role
- Execute system-level testing including system, integration, and acceptance tests to validate OT SCADA and related utility control systems conform to defined requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and update structured test cases and requirements traceability matrices to ensure comprehensive test coverage and impact analysis.
- Manage defect lifecycle including logging, tracking, triage facilitation, collaboration for resolution, and reporting quality metrics to project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, instrumentation, computer engineering, Information Systems, or similar technical domain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system and user acceptance testing, configuration, application support, or technical implementation roles with emphasis on system testing in OT environments.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM, qTest, Jira).
- Functional understanding and hands-on experience of OT systems such as ADMS, EMS, SCADA, or related utility platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has participated in at least one full lifecycle ADMS or OT platform project including requirements, design, integration, implementation, and testing phases.
- Operates effectively in vendor-integrated, highly structured testing/govenance environments supporting utility or critical infrastructure systems.
- Possesses advanced knowledge or experience with AI technologies, LLM APIs, autonomous agents, and software testing automation frameworks to enhance testing processes.
