Senior Associate | Data Analyst | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

Develop and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making across multiple business functions.

Design, build, and optimize Redshift-based analytical data models and perform advanced analytics including predictive modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights using Python.

Partner with executives and business leaders to define metrics, reporting standards, and deliver actionable analytics and AI-powered solutions impacting Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Connected Vehicle operations.

3-7 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Applied AI.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Advanced expertise in Tableau (dashboard development, performance optimization, LOD expressions, server/cloud, governance) and strong experience with Amazon Redshift (SQL optimization, dimensional modeling, data architecture).

Strong Python programming skills for analytics, forecasting, machine learning, and AI applications.

Experienced in developing executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks with strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.

Comfortable applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI techniques to diverse domains including Manufacturing, EV/Automotive, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, or Connected Vehicle data.

Able to influence organizational strategy through delivering clear analytical insights and collaborating across Data Platform and Data Engineering teams.
