About This Role
- Lead and build a high-performing software engineering team responsible for a cloud-based color measurement platform and companion desktop applications.
- Own technical leadership including architectural decisions, hands-on development, and implementation of scalable, secure AWS cloud-native solutions.
- Drive Agile practices, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of software engineering processes and AI integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years relevant software engineering experience, with at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (React, Redux, HTML, CSS), Node.js, and AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway).
- Experience designing and operating cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
