Design, develop, and support component-based applications in a cloud environment using serverless and microservices architecture to meet client and business needs.
Collaborate with Product Managers to gather requirements, estimate tasks, perform hands-on coding, testing, and deployment of new features for core applications including databases and utilities.
Provide third-level support when appropriate and contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience with server-side C# / .Net Core.
Hands-on experience with SQL (Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL preferred).
Experience deploying applications to AWS and using automation toolsets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, MVC architecture, RESTful API integrations, and version control systems such as Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in modern cloud technologies including serverless and microservices architectures to effectively build scalable insurance industry applications.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with a track record of delivering end-to-end software solutions including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Familiarity or experience with insurance domain and advanced development practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and clean code principles is a strong advantage.
