About This Role
- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for healthcare software focusing on DICOM workflows, medical imaging annotations, and system interoperability.
- Perform system, integration testing, and Verification & Validation (V&V) compliant with medical device regulations including FDA and HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with product, development, and clinical teams to validate system behavior, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior QA engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on manual testing experience.
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare or medical imaging domain.
- Strong knowledge of DICOM standards, annotations, medical imaging workflows, and V&V processes for regulated environments.
- Experience with hardware setup and configuration testing; knowledge of hospital information systems (EMR/EHR, HL7, HIS/LIS/RIS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain expertise in healthcare software testing and medical imaging, including clinical workflows and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working in regulated healthcare environments involving FDA and HIPAA requirements.
- Proven ability to handle complex test planning and execution, interpret clinical data, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
