About This Role
- Lead multiple software engineering teams within the API Marketplace group, overseeing day-to-day implementation activities and deliverable alignment with compliance and business standards.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and SDLC/TLM automation, improving delivery speed, quality, and operational outcomes while ensuring secure and compliant usage.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure products meet business requirements and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering plus 5+ years applied experience including coaching and mentoring engineers.
- Proven experience leading technology projects and managing technologists.
- Strong full-stack development skills with Java, Spring, Hibernate, ReactJS.
- Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools, understanding responsible AI use, secure data handling, and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple engineering teams and delivering complex technology projects in a regulated environment.
- Technically strong full-stack developer with advanced Java expertise and practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools like co-pilot.
- Comfortable with cloud (AWS), API/Microservices architectures, agile practices including CI/CD, and governance of AI-assisted development workflows.
