About This Role
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities supporting R&D, Quality, and site leadership in Hyderabad.
- Provide strategic business partnering with senior leaders through financial modelling, variance analysis, investment guidance, and scenario planning to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Drive process improvements via automation, advanced analytics, and digital finance initiatives while managing and mentoring a large finance team.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or full-time MBA from a reputed institution mandatory.
- 12–16 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, accounting, or business finance within a multinational organization.
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting; advanced Microsoft Excel skills mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 12–16 years of relevant experience; Location: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors, especially supporting R&D and Quality functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development for complex financial and operational data reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, lead finance transformation and automation projects, and influence senior leadership decision-making.
