Minimum 3+ years experience implementing AI/Gen AI features and orchestration tools in procurement applications, with strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
Work timing flexibility required between 06:00 AM – 11:30 AM EST; ability to commute to Hyderabad or Regional Engagement Hubs as needed.
Experience deep in AI-driven procurement workflows with hands-on in Coupa system configuration, especially integrating Gen AI and AI agents.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and external Coupa teams to implement and support AI process enhancements.
Experienced at managing full project lifecycle for process improvements including testing, defect resolution, and documentation in complex procurement environments.
