4+ years experience with statistical tools such as SAS, Python, Model Builder Decision Tree, Knowledge Seeker or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in analytical/quantitative roles related to consumer lending or credit strategies.
Work timings require availability 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST with core availability 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM Eastern Time (US), respecting Synchrony India's Enhanced Flexibility policy.
Experienced in strategic-level leadership within cross-functional teams in credit or fraud strategy environments involving model governance.
Proficient with advanced data analytics, fraud model evaluation metrics, and operationalizing fraud strategies using statistical and data mining techniques.
Comfortable working across multiple teams including offshore units and with strong knowledge of model governance processes and Lines of Defense requirements.
