About This Role
- Create daily short-form video scripts and captions for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube targeting primarily US and European audiences.
- Produce posts, threads, and manage replies across X, LinkedIn, and the brand’s social accounts to drive engagement and build community.
- Identify and leverage relevant trends within 48 hours to generate shareable, participative content and track performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience writing and managing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
- Proven track record with measurable performance results in social media content.
- Strong understanding of US and European internet culture to write relevant content without need for explanation.
- Role is full-time and based in Bangalore; reports to Head of Brand and Marketing.

- Experienced in fast-paced content creation capable of making autonomous decisions without requiring sign-off.
- Skilled in adapting content style uniquely for each social media platform with an emphasis on audience engagement.
