About This Role
- Lead design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with 60% hands-on responsibilities including architecture, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads using tools like GitLab CI, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps/cloud engineers, set technical standards, and coordinate incident response and engineering prioritization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud architecture and operations; working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (preferably GitLab CI), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years; Location: Pune, India.

- Experienced leader with proven capability to mentor and manage DevOps or cloud engineering teams in a production environment.
- Hands-on engineer comfortable balancing individual contribution with team leadership in a regulated, high-availability fintech infrastructure.
- Strong background supporting compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and operational practices like DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and cloud cost optimization.
