Support Analyst (7-9 yrs) Bengaluru

Own platform stability for Rates, Credit, and FX IT systems by managing incidents and collaborating closely with Traders, Sales, and Client teams.

Lead change and incident management using ServiceNow and work with Development teams to fix recurrent issues and enhance systems.

Drive production excellence through proactive monitoring, minimizing manual tasks via automation, strengthening control frameworks, and ensuring data reliability aligned with asset management frameworks.

7-8 years of experience in banking, financial, or capital markets domain with a background in analyst, data engineering, or support.

Mandatory functional knowledge of Settlements Securities and Calypso Tool.

Technical skills including BAU monitoring tools (Splunk, Geneos, logs), scripting (Python, shell scripting, autosys), and ITIL tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Excel, LLM).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) - EXTC, IT, or Computer Science with first class or distinction from a reputed university. Located in Bangalore.

Experienced professional able to coordinate and communicate directly with traders and global teams across regions in a diverse environment.

Operates effectively in production support with strong problem-solving and governance mindset focused on stability, monitoring, and risk management.

Demonstrates strong scripting and automation capability to minimize manual interventions and improve operational efficiency.
