About This Role
- Train newcomers and junior team members on functional and technical aspects.
- Improve existing processes and suggest solutions to enhance application performance.
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications using technologies such as Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Angular, and optimize performance where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of IT experience, preferably in Java/J2EE application development.
- Mandatory skills: Core Java, J2EE, Junit, Struts, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Angular, JDBC, SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions).
- Graduate in any discipline; Computer Science preferred.
- Location: Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Java Full Stack development including backend and frontend frameworks relevant to financial services.
- Capable of mentoring junior staff and driving improvements in application performance and development processes.
- Familiar with agile methodologies and continuous integration/test-driven development workflows.
