About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale web applications and APIs using modern full-stack frameworks (MERN, MEAN, LAMP, Java/Spring Boot).
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and Power BI dashboards to support business intelligence and executive decision-making.
- Implement end-to-end process automation workflows and integrate AI solutions including LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and related tooling into enterprise applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, data engineering, and process automation.
- Proficiency in at least one full-stack technology suite: MERN/MEAN, Java/Spring Boot, or LAMP/web technologies.
- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling) and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting cloud-native, scalable digital solutions combining web development, data engineering, automation, and AI integration.
- Familiar with generative and agentic AI technologies including LLM/SLM tuning, RAG architectures, and AI integration frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
- Skilled in delivering cross-functional projects in Agile environments with strong capability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
