- Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, high-quality Java, React, and AI-powered software solutions in an agile environment.
- Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability, establishing validation and reuse practices.

Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and AI/ML programming with hands-on system design and operational stability experience.
- Experience leading adoption of AI-assisted software development tools ensuring secure, compliant, and validated use.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security), and cloud-native technologies.
