About This Role
- Manage client communication and coordination regarding eDiscovery data intake, processing, and export on Nuix and Relativity platforms.
- Lead and coach a team of 3-5 associates handling eDiscovery and data management tasks to meet SLAs across multiple client engagements.
- Oversee project tracking including risks, scope changes, and billing accuracy to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in eDiscovery Client Services, Project Management, or litigation/practice support within a law firm.
- Experience managing teams of 2-5 members.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in relevant eDiscovery or legal support roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Nuix and end-to-end understanding of the eDiscovery process.
- Proven experience in client management interacting with legal professionals and translating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational focus with demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive KPIs, and manage multiple simultaneous client projects under tight deadlines.
