About This Role
- Lead development and technical troubleshooting for secure, scalable software solutions using Java, ReactJS, and AI/ML technologies.
- Drive team-wide adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and SDLC automation to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
- Evaluate architectural and technical solutions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to ensure fit within existing systems and information architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, AI/ML programming languages and tools.
- Experience leading adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with focus on validating AI outputs and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
- Proficient in full Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in integrating AI-assisted engineering practices at scale, capable of setting team standards and coaching on responsible AI usage.
- Strong background in financial services IT systems and practical cloud-native development experience.
- Operates with a strategic mindset to improve operational stability and accelerate delivery by leveraging automation and reusable patterns.
