About This Role
- Own end-to-end UX/UI execution for Shoonya's trading and investment product areas across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, leading complex feature design from discovery to developer handoff.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, UX Research and QA teams to ensure design quality, consistency with the Shoonya Design System, and high usability standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design with mobile/web/desktop digital products.
- Strong proficiency with Figma is mandatory; experience with interaction design and prototyping tools like Rive preferred.
- Experience in fintech, trading, banking, investment, or complex financial-product design preferred.
- Proven ability to own end-to-end product design and collaborate effectively with product managers and developers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing complex trading or investment journeys with a strategic understanding of financial product UX challenges.
- Capable of mentoring design teams and maintaining design system standards while managing multiple design deliverables.
- Ability to leverage analytics, UX research, and AI-assisted tools to drive data-informed design improvements and fast execution.
