About This Role
- Drive productivity improvements and cost efficiencies in direct materials supply chain to achieve Gross and Net Productivity Annual Operating Plan targets.
- Lead cross-functional projects and supplier engagement initiatives focused on waste reduction, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.
- Oversee and mentor team members; manage end-to-end processes and project delivery ensuring alignment with production demands, cost targets, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in direct materials productivity or supply chain management roles.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Work location: India (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune) on a hybrid work schedule.
