About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple small, medium, and large-scale complex technology projects including infrastructure, security, cloud, application transformation, and software development.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and status reporting while coordinating onshore and offshore technical teams and vendors.
- Build, adjust, and improve project management systems and delivery architecture to optimize workflows, governance, dashboards, and reporting aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years of technical project management or enterprise technology delivery experience with proven end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical exposure to Windows, Information Security, EUC, Desktop, Microsoft Azure, AI technologies, application transformation, software development.
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite) and building/adjusting project management systems, including workflows and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-regional onshore and offshore technical teams with engagement of U.S.-based executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting in complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with delivering projects in hybrid or adaptive methodologies and managing vendors and third-party implementation partners in technology services or professional services firms.
