About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox distribution and market share in assigned region.
- Recruit, plan, and manage sales team and geography to meet sales targets and operational plans.
- Ensure quality controls, audit sales, and maintain accountability for product deployment and sales metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales/business development, preferably in B2C markets.
- Skills in sales, negotiation, and experience in quota-driven sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area and strong networking capabilities.
- MBA in Marketing (Education requirement).

- Experienced sales leader with strong team management and mentoring skills, capable of leading large teams.
- Comfortable working in fast growth, ambiguous environments with ownership mindset.
