About This Role
- Lead design and development of a scalable, secure AI platform supporting all AI application stages: data prep, training, serving, experimentation, and monitoring.

Minimum Requirements
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in software engineering specializing in large-scale, high-performance distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience leading multi-functional projects and providing strategic technical leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and optimizing distributed, microservices, and event-driven AI systems at scale.
- Skilled in integrating emerging technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow, Kafka) for AI platform enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to accelerate software delivery using autonomous AI coding agents with human-in-the-loop review.
