Experienced hands-on engineer capable of leading end-to-end complex storage system design and delivery across multiple teams and technical domains.
Skilled at influencing technical direction, building reusable platforms, and balancing incremental and transformational architectural changes.
Strong in mentoring, troubleshooting, architecture review, performance optimization, and using AI coding tools to enhance engineering productivity.
