About This Role
- Design, architect, and build highly scalable Block, File, and Object Storage platforms optimized for Kubernetes environments.
- Own full lifecycle of storage software development including architecture, coding, testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production deployment.
- Lead cross-team technical strategy, deliver reusable platform solutions, and drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and engineering velocity.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Strong skills in C/C++, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and storage/distributed systems technologies such as NVMe, iSCSI, NFS, S3, SPDK, CSI, UBD.

- Proven ability to architect and lead complex, cross-team storage or distributed system projects.
- Experienced in developing storage platforms for Kubernetes and cloud-native environments at scale.
- Capable of balancing technical strategy with hands-on engineering, mentoring, and driving platform-wide improvements.
