Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 2+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with relevant experience in Quantitative Research, Analytics, or Data Science.
Proficiency in programming with Python or R and data querying using SQL.
Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into business insights.
Flexible working hours with regular availability for meetings between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM PDT.
Experience in marketplace trust, risk, fraud, or transaction risk analytics, preferably with customer, transaction, risk, or loss-related datasets.
Ability to independently execute analytical projects and communicate complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Background in technology or e-commerce companies, including familiarity with marketplaces, payments, or shipping domains.
