3-5 years of experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or work order management platforms; previous Corrigo platform experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools for analytical reporting.
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, KA or Mumbai, MH.
Experienced in facilities management operations with strong understanding of maintenance workflows and real estate technology.
Skilled in advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within IT or platform support functions, preferably with ITIL knowledge.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and engage diverse users and clients.
