Experience working in complex, matrix organizations managing culture change and linking HR strategies directly to business outcomes.
Skilled in data analytics and technology utilization to drive business performance and organizational efficiency.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects with senior/executive stakeholders and building strong trusted relationships as an HR expert in industrial/manufacturing contexts.
