About This Role
- Lead design, evolution and delivery of scalable, resilient platforms supporting customer and banker experiences in Business Banking Technology.
- Drive architecture and engineering decisions across multiple squads and domains, shaping platform strategy including cloud, APIs, AI, and workflow orchestration.
- Mentor engineers, establish reusable engineering patterns, and champion modern engineering practices ensuring security, privacy, and operational resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of extensive experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, reliable software solutions.
- Proficiency in engineering and architecture using Python, Java, .NET, TypeScript, Go or similar languages; experience with APIs, microservices, frontend tech like React JS or Next JS.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology).
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in software engineering and architecture roles.

- Experienced principal or senior technical leader with a strong track record in leading architecture decisions and delivering large-scale distributed systems in complex enterprise environments.
- Able to influence senior engineering, product, architecture, risk and business stakeholders and shape platform strategy across cloud-native and AI-enabled platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams, establish engineering standards and reusable patterns, and drive engineering excellence in agile, DevSecOps environments.
