About This Role
- Design, configure, administer, and support the Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity ecosystem including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Serve as a Level 3 technical escalation resource for complex Microsoft 365 incidents and lead migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
- Develop automation solutions, maintain architecture standards, and collaborate across global infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable M365 environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills; experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with identity management technologies including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO; knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance capabilities.

- Experienced in handling global or large-scale Microsoft 365 environments with proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and project ownership.
- Demonstrates expertise in identity and access management, security compliance, and automation to optimize M365 service delivery.
- Familiar with a wide range of M365 services, security tools, and modern workplace technologies including Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Teams Rooms.
