5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills; experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Experience with identity management technologies including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO; knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance capabilities.
Experienced in handling global or large-scale Microsoft 365 environments with proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and project ownership.
Demonstrates expertise in identity and access management, security compliance, and automation to optimize M365 service delivery.
Familiar with a wide range of M365 services, security tools, and modern workplace technologies including Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Teams Rooms.
