About This Role
- Lead and manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial models for assigned business units.
- Analyze financial performance, deliver management reports, and provide financial insights to senior management and functional leaders.
- Drive process improvements, automation in FP&A reporting, and support finance transformation initiatives while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Management Reporting.
- Educational qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred; M.Com with strong FP&A experience may be considered.
- Experience in GCC, Shared Services, or Corporate FP&A environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional finance business partnering with Sales, Operations, HR, and Technology functions.
- Skilled in driving process standardization, simplification, and automation within FP&A functions.
- Able to provide detailed financial analysis linked to operational performance and support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and ROI assessments.
