About This Role
- Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecasts in partnership with business leaders to align financial and operational plans with organizational goals.
- Drive monthly business performance reviews with detailed financial and operational analysis, providing strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee FP&A transformation initiatives, including digitization and automation, while managing cross-functional projects and leading a high-performance FP&A team.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and planning/reporting tools like SAC, Power BI, Tableau, or Hyperion.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including stakeholder management and driving finance transformation initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic financial planning and performance management with strong financial modeling and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to lead finance transformation and automation projects to improve reporting efficiency and decision support.
- Capable of managing complex cross-functional initiatives and mentoring teams in a high-performance FP&A environment.
