About This Role
- Lead market research and competitor intelligence to assess hospitality and asset management opportunities across targeted geographies.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and business cases to evaluate partnerships, operator assessments, and investment proposals.

Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years total work experience in hospitality business analysis, hotel development, financial analysis, consulting, or asset management.
- Preferred background in real estate hospitality segment or international hotel brands or similar environments.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
- Applicable sectors include hospitality, real estate, or related sectors with relevant experience.

- Experienced in conducting comprehensive market assessments and preparing insightful analytical reports to influence strategic decisions in hospitality asset management.
- Skilled in advanced financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and investment evaluation specific to hotel development and hospitality partnerships.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support commercial negotiations and governance in complex deal environments within hospitality and real estate sectors.
