About This Role
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations at Kolkata DC through coordination with logistics service providers and stakeholders.
- Oversee inventory health, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), resolve customer complaints related to shortages, damages, and returns within target timelines.
- Coordinate special assignments like stock clearing, insurance claims, scrap disposal, and report data analysis under guidance and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in switchgear, electronics, or electrical companies externally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM module and basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 6 years in relevant industry
