About This Role
- Manage daily and weekly master data operations including company verifications, data validation, and system updates for customer and account master data.
- Prepare and maintain Salesforce reports and CRM dashboards; track and report updates on master data, perform audits on dormant accounts and tier mappings.
- Coordinate with HQ and global teams through reviews, transition meetings, and process documentation; responsible for timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years of business operations or related experience OR Associate's degree with 6+ years experience; advanced degrees can substitute experience (Master’s = 1yr, Doctorate = 2yrs).
- Experience required: 0-1 year relevant experience in internal ticketing and business operations (conflict in JD; primary hard requirement is 4+ years as per minimum qualifications).
- Mandatory advanced Excel skills; Salesforce certification is a plus; experience with CRM and Tableau tools implied but not strictly mandatory.
- Must be available for flexible evening calls between 8 PM - 11 PM IST regularly and/or to work shifts (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM) as needed.

- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment with regular cross-regional coordination and transition involvement.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to handle transactional and analytical responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience or aptitude for working on CRM platforms (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools (Tableau) preferred for effective dashboard management and reporting.
