Ability to work in shifts supporting 24x7 on-site operations.
Experienced in infrastructure support environments with proven skills in managing vendor/OEM coordination and escalations.
Capable of independently handling incident prioritization, RCA, SOP/documentation maintenance, and ensuring operational hygiene.
Comfortable working on-site in shift-based roles supporting critical storage and backup services with a strong focus on SLA compliance.
