Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant data security and privacy roles.
Experienced in governance, risk, and audit-driven environments with a focus on policy and control design rather than direct system administration.
Capable of partnering effectively with senior leadership (CIO, HR COE, IAM teams) to influence security outcomes through advisory and validation roles.
Strong analytical skills to conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and present security posture to executives and auditors.
