About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical healthcare software solutions involving care management, provider integration, and regulatory workflows.
- Manage engineering teams including software engineers, leads, and QA to ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant software delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and platform stakeholders to align engineering execution with healthcare business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall software engineering experience with at least 3 years in people management.
- Experience with Java, Python, microservices, REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL), cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience operating in Healthcare domain with knowledge of care management workflows, clinical data integrations, and regulatory compliance.
